Two elements that SHMAXI prides itself on are safety and convenience. We are determined to take drunk drivers off the road and make using our services as easy as possible.
We accept reservations via phone(888 WE DRUNK) or through OUR WEBSITE. Once a request is received a driver is dispatched and the service transaction occurs.
Each pick-up and drop off requires two drivers; one driver drives the customer’s vehicle and the other follows closely behind in the SHMAXI Smart Car. When the customer is safely dropped off at their destination the two drivers are then dispatched to the next awaiting customer.
